Essential Job Functions:
Project Engineers working within the Hardware Management sub-discipline may be involved in different areas. Tasks center on tracking and reporting hardware delivery status versus schedule. A project engineer working an HM task interfaces with internal and external customers and vendors on a regular basis.
Creating and updating hardware orders in SAP
Creating and maintaining requests to transfer hardware in SAP
Tracking hardware and status milestones
Communicating with external vendors on hardware delivery status
Updating hardware schedules
Provide meeting minutes and track action items

Qualifications
AS in an engineering or technical field, or equivalent experience
Proficient with Microsoft software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
Ability to read blueprints/mechanical drawings would be a plus
Familiarity with hardware manufacturing process would be a plus
Experience level 0-2 years
Experience with SAP would be a plus
Proficiency with TeamCenter is a plus, but not required.
Ability to learn new software is required.
The candidate must have the ability to work well with others in a team setting, but also be able to learn take on new tasks on their own.
Candidates must be US Citizen or Permanent Residents

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments. Regular Shop Floor involvement
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
