Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
- Set up and operate NC milling machines, grinding machines, vertical turret lathes or VTC to tight tolerances to perform routine production operations on a variety of similar weldments and assemblies.
- Work from operation sheets, part travelers, BOROPS, and oral instruction to set up equipment for turning, facing, grinding, boring and chamfering operations involving a limited number of surfaces to be machined.
Business Unit: Pratt & WhitneyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
