Essential Job Functions:
Manufacturing Support & Quality/Non-Conformance Team Leader
QuEST Global's North Berwick office is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Team Lead. In addition to executing a customer's Statement of Work, the Team Lead will be responsible for a team of project engineers.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with on-boarding of new employees
Employee development
Setting and monitoring Key Result Areas (KRAs) quarterly
Annual performance reviews
Mapping career development plans
Mentor and facilitate training for team members
Project Management
Meet with customer's regularly to monitor project health
Providing weekly status reports to all customers
Project Dashboard Maintenance
Weekly hours reporting
Monthly deliverables reporting
Gathering MFAs
Participate in Quotation Preparation
Hold team meetings to flow out information
Seek out new work opportunities for QuEST
Required Skills:
We are seeking a candidate who is flexible and can easily adapt to our dynamic environment. The Team Lead must be able to prioritize tasks for themselves and for their team and must work well to deadlines. Other requirements include:
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency with MS Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer facing skills
Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents

hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9 AM to 4 PM
