Job Summary -
Responsible for developing and executing the plant Total Predictive Maintenance program.
Lead, define, implement, execute and continuously improve a process to develop TPM best practices, standard work, quality and safety.
Specify appropriate Preventive Maintenance (PM's) / Predictive Maintenance (PdM's) based on Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Participate in specifying on-site maintenance and repair capability and tooling requirements.
Perform equipment reliability analysis and recommend improvements based on Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) findings
Plant Champion to promote Reliability Principles, Precision Maintenance, and Condition Monitoring
Develop/insure preventative maintenance systems/procedures are in place and followed
Insure critical spare parts on-hand/systems in place for reorder
Prepare discipline-specific preventive maintenance documentation.
Maintain and develop new "Key Performance Indicators" of equipment reliability
Perform evaluations on critical equipment based on condition monitoring data.
Establish and monitor programs for critical equipment analysis and condition monitoring.
Communicate to Operations and Maintenance keeping them informed of progress made toward the resolution of high criticality concerns.
Lead failure investigation for critical equipment, generates reports, actions logs and follow their closure
Read, write, speak and understand English
Basic Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field with 3+ years of predictive maintenance experience, or 9+ years of predictive maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualifications -
Experience with implementing reliability centered maintenance (RCM) practices
Experience with SAP or other CMMS software
5+ years of demonstrated TPM experience
5+ years of experience in Machine Tools Services or equivalent field
Experience with Predictive Maintenance Technologies (Vibration Analysis, Oil Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasound, Motor Circuit Analysis, etc.)
Knowledge of ACE tools
Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
Strong technical, analytical, and diagnostic skills
Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality training
Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to multitask in fast working environment while paying attention to details

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
